On October 5, 2019, at approximately 5:56 p.m., [redacted] was outside of [redacted] in Brooklyn with some of his acquaintances, including [redacted] girlfriend, and [redacted] assisted [redacted] in attempting to start the engine of a motorcycle. To do so, [redacted] rode the motorcycle in the roadway and on the sidewalk.
