On September 2, 2019, at approximately 6:00 a.m., [redacted] was in a car heading home when Sergeant Charles Schwartz from the 67th Precinct stopped the vehicle on Church Avenue and East 37th Street in Brooklyn (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
