On October 24, 2019, at approximately 2:10 p.m., in front of 615 Miller Avenue in Brooklyn, [redacted] and several unidentified other individuals were standing at the corner drinking non-alcoholic beverages. Sgt. Jose Deschamps and PO Korey Brierre of the 75th Precinct approached the group and requested identification from [redacted] (Allegations A and B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). When speaking with [redacted] Sgt. Deschamps threatened to issue him a summons (Allegation C: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). PO Jean Prinston of the 75th Precinct also arrived. As the officers began to leave, [redacted] threw a cup on the ground, and Sgt. Deschamps, PO Brierre, and PO Prinston used force against [redacted] (Allegations D-F: Force, [redacted]). Sgt. Deschamps detained [redacted] (Allegation G: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). As the officers left, Sgt. Deschamps stated to an unidentified individual, "Throwing the fucking cup on the floor. That's what she's getting locked up for" (Allegation H: Discourtesy, [redacted]). Officers transported [redacted] to the 75th Precinct stationhouse.

Inside the stationhouse, after a brief exchange, Lieutenant Dion Hinds began speaking with [redacted]; as this occurred, numerous officers from the 75th Precinct entered the lobby.
