On November 14, 2019, at approximately 1:10 p.m., students were dismissed from [redacted] at [redacted] in Brooklyn. Police Officer Salvatore Lopiccolo and Police Officer Michael Friscia, both of the 72nd Precinct, and Police Officer James Guardino, now an officer for the MTA, were parked outside of the school.
PO Lopiccolo, PO Friscia, and PO Guardino exited their vehicle and approached two students who appeared to be fighting. PO Lopiccolo allegedly spoke discourteously to [redacted] (Allegation A: Discourtesy, Unsubstantiated).
