On December 13, 2019, at approximately 3 p.m., [redacted] went to the 47th Precinct stationhouse, located at 4111 Laconia Avenue in the Bronx, to retrieve an accident report. [redacted] asked Police Officer Alejandrin Castillo of the 47th Precinct for her name, shield number, and business card, which she refused to provide (Allegation A – Abuse of Authority: Refusal to Provide Name, [redacted]; Allegation B – Abuse of Authority: Refusal to Provide Shield Number, [redacted]; Allegation C – Abuse of Authority: Refusal to Provide RTKA Card, [redacted]).
