On December 11, 2019, at approximately 6 p.m. at the [redacted] located at [redacted]'s son. According to [redacted], the caller indicated to 911 that [redacted] did not take his medications. Police Officer Adham Bright, Police Officer Sean Crowley, Police Officer Ian Wallace, Police Officer Matthew DePalma, and Sergeant Oscar Paredes, all of the Midtown South Precinct, allegedly entered [redacted]'s hotel room (room [redacted] (Allegations A – B: Abuse of Authority - Entry of Premises, unfounded; Allegations C – E: Abuse of Authority – Entry of Premises, exonerated).
