On January 21, 2020, at approximately 5 a.m., at [redacted] in Staten Island, Detective Roberto Pagan and Detective Salvator Granata of Staten Island Warrants arrived at [redacted] apartment in search of her former partner, [redacted]. Det. Pagan and Det. Granata spoke to [redacted] from the other side of her apartment door. They both threatened to arrest [redacted] if she did not open the door (Allegations A-B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). Det. Pagan and Det. Granata also threatened to make forced entry into the apartment (Allegations C-D: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). Det. Pagan sent text messages to [redacted] from outside her door and reiterated his threats to arrest her and to break down her door (Allegations A & C). Det.
