On February 12, 2020, at approximately 10:30 p.m., in the vicinity of East 163rd Street toward Southern Boulevard in the Bronx, [redacted] was pulled over in his vehicle by PO Cruz and Sgt. Kennedy of the 41st Precinct. [redacted] was issued two summonses, one for an obstructed driver's view (Board Review 11). At the end of the vehicle stop, [redacted] asked PO Cruz and Sgt.
