On February 6, 2020, at approximately 2:52 p.m., [redacted] was observing a school fight at 2551 Westchester Avenue in the Bronx. Police Officer Kenneth Caufield, Police Officer Juan Trinidad, and Police Officer Harmanjot Singh, all of the 45th Precinct, arrived to disperse the crowd. PO Singh took a photograph of students with a cell phone while they were dispersing (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). The crowd moved and started fighting again at Westchester Avenue and Lane Road in the Bronx. PO Singh used pepper spray against unidentified individuals (Allegation B: Force, [redacted]).
