Description: On February 6, 2020, Plaintiff J.J.S, a minor, was lawfully on the street in Bronx County when a police officer purposely shoved his body into him and knocked him backwards. After JJS objected, he tried to walk away, and three officers, Defendants Officer Kenneth Caufield (Shield No. 21338), Officer Harmanjot Singh (Shield No. 16466), and Officer Juan Trinidad (Shield No. 19418), surrounded him. One of the officers grabbed JJS, pushed him up against a fence, and pinned him to it. JJS had his head forced into the fence with great pressure, his foot stepped on, and his arms jerked back and up, which caused JSS' body to violently fold in half.
