Summary

On May 22, 2020, at 12:08 a.m., [redacted] was in a double-parked vehicle with his friends [redacted] and [redacted] at [redacted] in the Bronx. PO Tomor Berisha, PO Satinderpa Singh, and PO Francis Pinales of the 43rd Precinct pulled behind the vehicle. The officers approached, and PO Berisha asked [redacted], the driver, for his license and to step out of the vehicle (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority: [redacted]). PO Berisha frisked and searched [redacted] (Allegations B and C: Abuse of Authority: [redacted]). PO Berisha told [redacted] that the officers might take his vehicle (Allegation D: Abuse of Authority: [redacted]). [redacted] requested PO Berisha, PO Pinales, and PO Singh's shield numbers, which they did not provide (Allegations E, F, and G: Abuse of Authority: [redacted]). As [redacted] used his cell phone to record, PO Berisha reached into the vehicle and pushed it away (Allegation I: Abuse of Authority: [redacted]).
