On May 27, 2020, at approximately 7:00p.m., in front of Stagg Street and Leonard Street in Brooklyn, Sgt. Jared Delaney, PO Michal Jalbrzykowski, and PO Volkan Maden from the 90th Precinct were on patrol together. PO Jalbrzykowski stopped a vehicle in which [redacted] and [redacted] were occupants (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, PO Jalbrzykowski pulled [redacted] out of the driver's seat and pushed him against the vehicle (Allegation B: Force, [redacted] was placed under arrest.
