Description: On September 27, 2019, Plaintiff was driving his vehicle with a friend when PO Volkman Maden and John Does unlawfully pulled him over and questioned him despite possessing no valid reason to do so. PO physically retained Plaintiff and handcuffed him in an excessively tight fashion. PO unlawfully searched the car and falsely purported to have found marijuana in plain view. Plaintiff was then taken to the police precinct where he was subjected to illegal interrogation tactics.
