On January 7, 2020, at approximately 1:47p.m., PO Stephen Sheppard and PO Volkan Maden, from the 90th Precinct, attempted to stop [redacted] on the corner of Union Avenue and South 1st Street in Brooklyn (Allegations A and B – Abuse of Authority: [redacted]). [redacted] ran and was caught by PO Maden. PO Sheppard searched [redacted] and found Suboxone wrapped in saran wrap (Allegation C – Abuse of Authority: [redacted]). While searching [redacted] PO Sheppard cursed at [redacted] by saying, "don't fuck with me" and told him he was doing "dumb shit" (Allegations D and E – Discourtesy: [redacted]).
