On May 30, 2020, at approximately 12:35 a.m., in the vicinity of [redacted] in the Bronx, [redacted] her fiancé [redacted] and their [redacted] old child were accompanying [redacted] on a food delivery. [redacted] drove to the delivery location and exited his car. Upon exiting, he saw an unmarked police vehicle behind him. Police Officer Yahnny Arias, of Police Service Area 8, yelled at [redacted] to get back in his vehicle. PO Arias, Police Officer Perry Jean, and Sergeant Amanda Szot, of Police Service Area 8, approached [redacted]'s vehicle (Allegations A-C, Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
