On May 30, 2020, at approximately 5:32 p.m., [redacted] and [redacted] were on West 47th Street between 7th Avenue and Broadway in Manhattan, participating in public demonstrations against police brutality when they observed several arrests made by police officers of other demonstrators. [redacted] observed PO Amel Cirikovic, PO Paul Olivares, and PO Adrian Zielinski of Strategic Response Group (SRG) 3 along with PO Paul Hoza of the 23rd Precinct arrest [redacted] by pushing him, taking him down to the ground, holding his arms and upper body, and kneeling on him (Allegations A, D).
