On June 3, 2020, at approximately 7:30 PM, PO Joseph Callan of the 26th Precinct, who was assigned to a protest detail, pushed [redacted] in the chest with his baton (Allegation A: Force, [redacted]). PO Callan placed [redacted] in plastic flexcuffs and placed him alongside other protestors in front of 850 3rd Avenue (between East 51st Street and East 52nd Street).
