On June 4, 2020, at approximately 7:40 p.m., [redacted] and [redacted] were walking home after checking on neighbors in the Mott Haven area of the Bronx due to a large protest occurring in the area. Lieutenant Eric Konoski, Detective Andres Gomez, Police Officer Jose Cordero, and Police Officer Jimmy Perez, all of Police Service Area (PSA) 7 were in the vicinity of East 137th Street and Brook Avenue in the Bronx in response to requests for additional units. At East 137th Street and Brook Avenue, Lieutenant Konoski stopped [redacted] (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). Lieutenant Konoski grabbed [redacted] left arm and twisted it behind her back to arrest her (Allegation B: Force, [redacted]). Unidentified officers allegedly pushed [redacted] and [redacted] away from the area in which [redacted] was being arrested (Allegations C and D: Force, [redacted]). An officer allegedly struck [redacted] with a baton (Allegation E: Force, officer unidentified). Officers allegedly told [redacted] during the course of her arrest, "Get on the fucking ground," and, "You should have went the fuck home" (Allegation F: Discourtesy, [redacted]). An officer allegedly struck [redacted] right hand with a baton, kneed her in the stomach, and pulled her hair (Allegations G-I: Force, [redacted]). Lieutenant Konoski and other unidentified officers took [redacted] to the ground (Allegation J: Force, [redacted] and Allegation K: Force, [redacted]). After [redacted] was arrested, unidentified officers brought her to the intersection of East 136th Street and Brook Avenue in the Bronx. Officers allegedly swiped [redacted] feet out from underneath her and took her to the ground (Allegation L: Force, [redacted]). An officer walked [redacted] to an ambulance at the intersection of East 136th Street and 3rd Avenue in the Bronx said, "Fuck it," and released [redacted] at the ambulance (Allegation M: Discourtesy, [redacted]).
