On August 3, 2020, [redacted] was filming with a GoPro camera at a protest near the corner of [redacted] in Downtown Brooklyn. [redacted] approached a group of police officers and asked them for their names and shield numbers. All the officers provided this information except for Police Officer Jessica Rahaman. [redacted] asked her approximately five times for her name and shield number and she did not respond (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority- Refusal to provide name; Allegation B: Abuse of Authority— Refusal to provide shield number).
