Description: On our about December 8, 2022, Plaintiff was asleep inside her apartment when her ex boyfriend allowed Defendant Police Officers Arace, Barker, Estrella Lopez, Ahn, and John Does to drill holes through her front door lock and kick the door to enter the apartment. Plaintiff has a protective order against her ex boyfriend and Defendant Police Officers knew this. Defendant Police Officers did all of this without inquiry for warrant or probable cause.
