Summary

On November 10, 2021, at approximately 2:00 p.m., [redacted] went to the 84th Precinct stationhouse to file a fraud report. [redacted] spoke to several officers in the waiting area of the stationhouse, including PO Paulton Chan. PO Chan did not know how to categorize the complaint, so he went to the backroom and spoke with Sgt. Peter Ahn. When PO Chan returned, he explained that they could not take [redacted]'s complaint at the stationhouse. [redacted] asked to speak with Sgt. Ahn. Sgt. Ahn went out to the waiting area and started yelling at [redacted] that they could not take his complaint. As Sgt. Ahn was about to go back inside, [redacted] asked, "Can I at least have your name?"
