On June 7, 2020, at approximately 3:00p.m., Police Officer Danielle Renna, Police Officer Christopher Aylward, Lieutenant Anthony Gulotta, and Sergeant Vlad Kogan, all of the 105th Precinct, responded to the vicinity of Gettysburg Street and Fairbury Avenue in Queens for a 911 call placed by [redacted] s neighbor. PO Renna and PO Aylward spoke with [redacted] and PO Aylward allegedly told [redacted] "if you don't go [to the hospital] voluntarily, I'm going to arrest you" (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
