Summary

On August 15, 2020, at approximately 10:00 a.m., [redacted] called 311 with a noise complaint at [redacted] in Queens. Police Officer Tyler Carlucci and Police Officer Belinda Diaz, both of the 112th Precinct, responded to the location.
