[redacted] had a dispute with another resident in his apartment building, located at [redacted] in Brooklyn. Approximately three or four hours after this dispute, Police Officer Thomas Ruggiero, of the 84th Precinct, arrived at the building and approached [redacted]. After [redacted] told PO Ruggiero several times that he no longer needed his assistance, PO Ruggiero told [redacted] "Stop calling us with this bullshit.
