On August 22, 2020, at approximately 12:40 a.m., [redacted] and his friend [redacted] were outside [redacted] in Brooklyn. Police officers, including Police Officer Michael Sidorskiy of Patrol Borough Brooklyn South, attempted to arrest an unknown male in the area. The male ran, and the officers chased him. After attempting to chase the male, Police Officer Sidorskiy ran back to the area where [redacted] and [redacted] stood near [redacted] parked car. Police Officer Sidorskiy attempted to enter [redacted] car, mistaking it for his own, and [redacted] told him not to.
