On September 11, 2020, at approximately 5:50 p.m., PO Farry Medinaramos and PO John Serrano of PSA 5 approached [redacted] in front of [redacted] in Manhattan for being in possession of marijuana. As PO Medinaramos asked [redacted] to identify herself, he questioned [redacted] and an unidentified individual (Allegations A-C: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
