On June 4, 2020, at approximately 8:00 p.m., a Black Lives Matter protest marched along Brook Avenue in the Mott Haven section of the Bronx. Several NYPD officers from different commands arrested protestors at the corner of Brook Avenue and East 136th Street. Police Officer John Migliaccio of Police Service Area 7 approached [redacted] and pushed them to the ground (Allegation A-Force: Unsubstantiated).
