On September 5, 2020, at approximately 5:05pm, in the vicinity of 316 East 88th Street in Manhattan (Church of the Holy Trinity), Police Officer Omar Ibrahim and Police Officer Cassie Anderson, of the 19th Precinct, approached [redacted].
