Description: On March 4, 2014, Defendant Police Officers Richard Hornberger, Evelyn Hall, and John Does #1-4. and Sergeants Joseluis Deluna and O'Connor stopped and questioned Plaintiff after she entered the subway system. Plaintiff complied with all requests regarding identification and her Metrocard, and then asked Defendant Police Officers for their badge numbers. Then, in retaliation, Defendant Police Officers tightly handcuffed and arrested Plaintiff. Defendant Police Officers refused to loosen the handcuffs, and Plaintiff suffered serious physical injuries to her wrists as a result. Plaintiff was also pushed down the stairs.
