At approximately 8:41 p.m. on October 8, 2020, [redacted] and his girlfriend, [redacted] were driving near [redacted] in Queens when they were pulled over by Police Officer Kelly Waugh, Police Officer Christopher Messina, and Police Officer Alex Schneider of the 103rd Precinct (Allegations A, B and C: Abuse of Authority – Vehicle stop, [redacted]).
