Summary

On March 24, 2020 [redacted] was at home [redacted] in Queens when he buzzed open his apartment building's front door, believing he was letting in his mother. He left is front door slightly ajar and walked into the stairwell to meet her, where he encountered PO Brian Dietzel and PO William Wang. [redacted] who had limited English proficiency, attempted unsuccessfully to communicate with the officers in English.
