Summary

On November 4, 2020, at approximately 9:00 p.m., [redacted] and [redacted] sat in a van that was parked on the sidewalk behind 252 South 4th Street in Brooklyn. [redacted] was seated in the driver's seat. Sgt. Ramil Casimir, PO Rodney Fernandez, and PO Cecely Beniquez, from the 90th Precinct, stopped the individuals in the parked vehicle (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority). While approaching, Sgt.
