On November 21, 2020, at 7:48 p.m., during a Black Lives Matter Protest in the vicinity of Washington Square North and 5th Avenue in Manhattan, Police Officer Anthony Gonzalez of the Patrol Borough Manhattan South ("PBMS") Scooter Task Force ("SCTF"), struck [redacted] from behind with his NYPD scooter, causing him back pain, and then drove away (Allegation A: Force-Vehicle, [redacted]).
[redacted] was transported by ambulance to [redacted] wherein he provided a statement of the incident to Sergeant Allison Sprague of the 6th precinct, which she recorded with her BWC (BR01).
