On January 5, 2021, at approximately 4 p.m., [redacted] was inside of his vehicle, which was idling and double-parked in front of his residence at [redacted] in Brooklyn. Det. Alvaro Contreras, PO Michael Sidorskiy, PO Frank Aliberti, and Sergeant Thomas Redmond, all then assigned to the Brooklyn South Auto Larceny Unit, stopped [redacted] vehicle. Det.
