Complaint
Description: On September 26, 2015, plaintiff was unlawfully pulled over while driving and detained and arrested without probable cause. Plaintiff was unlawfully searched and taken to the precinct to be photographed and have his fingerprints taken. Plaintiff was released after five hours but subsequently falsely charged with a crime. The DA office declined to prosecute and all charges were dismissed.
