On March 20, 2021, at approximately 9:20 a.m., Police Officer Heather Busch and Police Officer Jennifer McCormick, of the 105th Precinct, allegedly entered [redacted]'s vehicle, which was parked in front of 219-01 Jamaica Avenue, without his consent (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, Miscellaneos-Subject Retired; Allegation B: Abuse of Authority, unfounded). [redacted] requested a supervisor to the location. Sergeant Christopher Roach of the 105th Precinct arrived, at which point both PO Busch and Sgt.
