On March 28, 2021, at approximately 5:00 a.m., [redacted] went to the 69th Precinct stationhouse in Brooklyn to get information relating to his criminal record. While there, [redacted] saw an individual being removed to an ambulance by officers and EMTs. [redacted] exited the stationhouse to record activities of the officers at the stationhouse. While outside, Sergeant Miguel Vivas, of the 69th Precinct, with the assistance of other 69th Precinct officers, placed [redacted] in handcuffs, called an ambulance to the location, and had [redacted] removed to [redacted] hospital, [redacted] (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority – Forcible removal to the [redacted]) was not arrested or issued a summons during this incident.
