On June 10, 2021, at approximately 4:00 PM, PO Avery Jennings and PO Ana Ruedaguerrero of the 30th Precinct responded to [redacted] in Manhattan, where [redacted] resides in apt. [redacted]. The officers responded to [redacted]'s report of a dispute with a neighbor and met with [redacted] in the lobby.
