On September 9, 2021, at approximately 2:45pm [redacted] and [redacted] were accused of shoplifting while in a Zara retail store located at 1963 Broadway in Manhattan. As [redacted] and [redacted] walked toward the exit of the store they were approached by Captain Neil Zuber who stopped them (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]) (Allegation B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]) (Allegation C: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
