On September 21, 2021, at approximately 5:30 p.m. [redacted] was stopped by Detective Steven Ramunno of the 44th Precinct (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority – Stop, exonerated) at the intersection of West 169th Street and Jerome Avenue in the Bronx.
