On October 1, 2021, at approximately 10:07 a.m., PO Kenneth Granshaw of the 19th Precinct pulled over an SUV driving for Uber at the southwest corner of 3rd Avenue and East 88th Street in Manhattan. [redacted] was waiting for the Uber and approached PO Granshaw during the stop. PO Granshaw threatened to arrest [redacted] (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]) and allegedly failed to provide his name to [redacted] (Allegation B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
