On October 27, 2020, at approximately 10:02 p.m., [redacted] was at a Black Lives Matter protest in the vicinity of Atlantic Avenue and Smith Street in Brooklyn. He saw officers allegedly push individuals with their hands, batons, and bicycles (Allegations A-C: Force, [redacted]). Captain Julio Delgado, of Strategic Response Group (SRG) 2, allegedly spoke discourteously to individuals (Allegation D: Discourtesy, [redacted]).
