On November 8, 2021, at approximately 4:00am, [redacted] was in his [redacted] at [redacted] in Manhattan. He was awakened by officers acting under the authority of Sergeant Patricio Zevallos, of the 18th Precinct, who had damaged his front door and entered his apartment (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]) and (Allegation B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
