On November 24, 2021, at about 9:30 p.m., [redacted] and [redacted] juvenile boys, were walking in the vicinity of Saratoga Avenue and Pacific Street in Brooklyn. The three were allegedly menaced with a firearm by [redacted] a retired former NYPD police officer. [redacted] was arrested for menacing and taken to the 73rd Precinct stationhouse. Chief Jeffrey Maddrey, then of the NYPD's Community Affairs Bureau, participated in the investigation of the alleged crime.
