On November 25th, 2021, at approximately 1:00AM, [redacted] and his girlfriend, [redacted] were inside [redacted]'s apartment at [redacted] in the Bronx. Police Officers Muhammad Malik and John Sosa, both from the 40th Precinct, arrived and told them someone called 311 to file a noise complaint and asked them to turn down the music volume.
