Description: On January 27, 2023, while the plaintiff was operating a motorized scooter, NYPD officers including Kelvin Winters, Michael Milone, Edison Taveras, and Muhammad Malik, Tashida Wilson, Brian Flynn followed the plaintiff and struck him with their vehicle, causing severe fractures to the plaintiff's lower left leg. After the collision, the NYPD officers violently assaulted and battered the plaintiff. The defendants also refused to call an ambulance despite knowing that the plaintiff's leg was broken and that the plaintiff was suffering severe pain.

Description: On December 9, 2018, plaintiff was lawfully a pedestrian on 3rd Avenue, near 149th Street Subway Station, Bronx, when defendant police officers, without any reasonable or probable cause, assaulted and arrested plaintiff with tight handcuffs, causing injuries. Plaintiff was then transported to the 40th precinct and detained there. The plaintiff did not commit any offense and defendant officers did not have justification to believe that plaintiff had committed any offense. Charges were made against the plaintiff afterwards but were all dismissed in favor of plaintiff.
