On April 14, 2022, at 4:40 PM, Police Officer Andres Uribe and Police Officer Joseph Canale, both of PSA 7, were on patrol in the Bronx when they observed [redacted] and [redacted] walking on the sidewalk. PO Uribe allegedly stopped and frisked [redacted] in front of 915 Eagle Avenue in the Bronx (Allegations A and B – Abuse of Authority - [redacted]). PO Uribe and PO Canale then stopped [redacted] in the parking lot behind 905 Eagle Avenue in the Bronx (Allegations C and D – Abuse of Authority - [redacted]).
