Description: On February 4, 2023, several police officers including Andrews Uribe approached Plaintiff in the vicinity of 721 Tinton Avenue, where Plaintiff was lawfully present. Despite lacking probable cause, reasonable suspicion, a valid warrant, or any legal justification, the officers stopped, grabbed, and searched Plaintiff in an aggressive manner. The officers then arrested and transported Plaintiff to a police station. After Plaintiff's arraignment, the officers initiated a malicious prosecution against Plaintiff based on false charges. Plaintiff was detained for over 24 hours. After several court appearances, charges against Plaintiff were terminated favorably.

POs grabbed Plaintiff and slammed him to the ground before Plaintiff’s arrest without lawful reason. Plaintiff, while at the PSA 7 precinct, had requested to go to the hospital prior to being brought to Central Booking and the request was denied.
