On April 11, 2022, at approximately 9:05 a.m., in the vicinity of Ocean Avenue and Avenue N in Brooklyn, [redacted] was pulled over by Police Officer Jasmin Nikocevic of the 70th Precinct and issued a summons for failure to yield.
