Description: As Plaintiff was pulling his car out of a parking lot he was accosted and stopped by two of the defendant police officers, one from each side of his car. Plaintiff showed them his license on his phone and protested to being stopped for no reason. After an officer threatened him with a baton, he called 911 and more officers showed up. Plaintiff got out of the car, was thrown and tightly handcuffed, taken to the 70th Precinct, and charged with 1229-C(3),Operating of Vehicle Without Safety Belts and PL 195.05, which were later dismissed.
